Finding effective strategies for managing the dynamics of smaller learning groups is no easy matter.

It is not easy to identify the range of teaching and learning strategies that are effective in small group work or to identify the ways in which they can be put into practice.

The aim of the workshop is to enable teachers to develop their own individual strategies and approaches in managing tutorials and seminars.
