The session will explore the meaning and experience of writer's block. It will be both a practical and theoretical session where psychological concepts from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) will be used to help us understand and work to overcome the very personal but common experience of writer's block.
Attendance at this workshop operates on a first-come-first-served basis - you do not need to register. If the teacher deems that a workshop is full, you will not be admitted. With that in mind, please arrive on time to ensure your place and to avoid disrupting the session.
