Please complete the following documentation if instructed to do so by the Postgraduate Research Section or it is contained within your offer letter.

- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) Application (MSWord) - (for Tier 4 student visa)
- Part-time Declaration (MSWord) or Part-time Declaration (pdf) - for completion if you are accepting a part-time offer
- Statement of Qualification (MSWord) or Statement of Qualification (pdf) - for completion if you have been required to show official evidence of the award of the a degree
- Fee Status Questionnaire (MSWord) or Fee Status Questionnaire (pdf) - for completion if your fee status assessment is incomplete or you wish to be reassessed.
