G2 Lecture Theatre – Ground floor
One of the original lecture theatres, recently refurbished, G2 is perfectly located off the main SOAS reception. The lecture theatre has a broad range of up to date state of the art audio-visual facilities, including: Data (power-point), DVD, Video, Slide projection and use of CD and cassette audio, public address system with a selection of microphones and internet access with the additional option of audio and video recording of conferences and dedicated technician support.
The fixed seating, to accommodate 114 delegates, with up to 30 loose chairs, giving a maximum capacity of 144 delegates. It is gently tiered and incorporates fold-down writing tablets. The main reception area is ideal for conference registration and the classroom next to the lecture theatre, G3, creates a perfect retreat for delegates networking during breaks in the day.
Lecture Theatre G2 is available to hire evenings (outside of scheduled teaching) weekends and vacation times. For more information, please refer to term dates
