Recruitment processes can take a variety of different forms and include multiple tasks such as in tray exercises, aptitude tests and group exercises alongside the traditional question and answer interview. The traditional interview is still widely used in the recruitment process and can be the most nerve-wracking part. In order to perform well it helps to have some understanding of what the process might involve, for example what kind of questions might come up, what might the recruiters want to know and how can this information be best presented. This workshop aims to help you demystify interviews and appreciate the different ways in which you can make a positive impression on a recruiter.
