Very rarely do we work in isolation. Most of us will find ourselves working in teams or managing staff at least at some point in our lives and possibly throughout our lives. Even those who work independently may need to manage their manager. In some cases we may encounter people we find difficult to work with. In others it may simply be a case of finding the most effective way to work together. This workshop will explore the effect different behaviours might have on us, how to
minimise the impact of seemingly difficult behaviour and approaches to managing up as well as down. Please click here for a full synopsis of this workshop.
