The Tesco.com Graduate Programme is a 12 month leadership development programme that gives graduates exposure to all areas of the business. Recruiter in Residence sessions offer you the exclusive chance for 15 minutes of one to one advice with a recruiter from Tesco.com. 

This is an exceptional opportunity to ask direct questions about your personal career prospects, get feedback on your CV and get insight into the application and selection process. Please note this is neither a general information session nor a formal interview. It is a pre application advice session, personal to you. This is an excellent opportunity to put yourself on the radar of the recruiters, and get direct advice on your application. Candidates will be shortlisted for Recruiter-in-Residence appointments with Tesco.com based on their CVs.
