As SOAS students, you are already part of a much larger community of people who have studied at SOAS over previous years. For the first time, SOAS Careers Service and the SOAS Alumni Relations team have joined together to host a joint networking reception – bringing together current SOAS students and those who have already graduated.

For students, this is an opportunity to make connections with people working in their areas of interest and to discuss how experiences at SOAS can help them succeed in their job search. It will also be an opportunity to make some useful contacts!

To open the session, and to provide some useful tips on effective networking, we are delighted to welcome Simon Bucknall, SOAS alumni and founder of The Art of Connection, as our guest speaker for the evening.

There are 45 places available for students at this event. To sign up an secure your place, you must come in person to Room G12 with a refundable £5 deposit
