This panel of experts comes together to discuss the challenges and opportunities for Portuguese speaking countries in the 21st century. The speakers will cover a range of topics including the historic and cultural Atlantic connections between these countries, current issues of international security and the emerging economic powers of Portuguese speaking southern states. They will also explore current and future opportunities for co-operation between these states in the face of challenges such as poverty, security and climate change.
