Alistair Burt, MP UK Minister to Speak at SOAS on Middle East Weapons of Mass Destruction

British Foreign Office Minister Alistair Burt will give the keynote address at the Sixth London conference on a Middle East Weapons of Mass Destruction Free Zone, to be held at SOAS on 24 October.  The annual conference is hosted by the Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy (CISD).
