This unit looks at the way States are influenced by (and influence) international law in an increasingly globalised society. It is useful for students with an LLB proceeding to LLM, students (with or without an LLB) intending to pursue studies in International Relations, Politics, International Studies, Diplomacy, and as an introduction to the international legal aspects of development, trade, economics, human rights and the environment.
