Course Overview
This course will take you through the whole committee cycle from the setting of agendas right through to writing up-to-date minutes and dealing with action points. The course consists of three workshops which provide support, discussion and guidance on best practice in Committee Servicing. The workshops deal with individual issues and everything discussed remains confidential to the group. There are a maximum of 6 participants per group to allow for in-depth discussion and practice and participants are expected to commit to attend all sessions.
