Career Planning for Support Staff

Target Audience:
A workshop for professional support staff who wish to influence their own career development.
The objectives of Day 1:
- Understand the importance and benefits of career planning;
- Review your achievements and identify areas for change;
- Identify your skills and develop strategies to build upon and improve these.
The objectives of Day 2:
- Know how to present a positive image through applications and interviews;
- Produce realistic action plans for your short term and long term goals.
This is a two-day course, but staff can opt to take Day 1 only, if sufficient places are available.
