Aim
This is a level 3 CMI (Chartered Management Institute) accredited course that aims to give delegates a solid management foundation from which to operate more effectively.

- Setting objectives
- Dealing with change
This programme consists of five one-day workshops and two on-line modules. Please note that attendance at all session will be required.
