Target Group

This workshop is for any professional support staff who wish to review their interpersonal effectiveness.

Objectives

The aim of the course is to extend the understanding of effectiveness across the areas of assertiveness, time management and customer care.

Course Content

After the programme delegates should be able to:

  • Understand what personal effectiveness means
  • Understand how interpersonal effectiveness can benefit the individual and the organisation;
  • Know when and how to use assertive behaviour;
  • Identify techniques to influence others.
