Embedding Equalily for Academic Managers

This session builds on the earlier briefing on new Equality Legislation.  it includes a very brief update on the incoming 2009 Equality Act and then moves on to deal with some issues which can be very difficult for line managers and others to handle: complaints of and issues around discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation.  The School's draft "Dignity as SOAS" policy will be discussed.  The third part of the session will address the issue of diversity issues and the curriculum.
