This half-day course is for those who carry out manual handling activities at work, introducing them to the hazards of manual handling, the risks involved, the controls available, safe lifting techniques, and what to expect from a manual handling assessment.
Please wear suitable comfortable shoes as you will be doing lifting in this session.
