- Learning different techniques for prioritisation and keeping to objectives;
- Considering a realistic approach to research planning and effective working;
- Reviewing your personal sources of stress and considering ways to cope and minimise the impact;
- Being aware of organisational and interpersonal factors that can make it difficult to plan and considering strategies for staying on track.
