The Staff Development and Review Scheme has been design to allow staff members to discuss all aspects of their work with their manager on a regular basis. It is a two-way process in which staff can discuss their achievements, plans and personal development goals.
This session will look at the new SDR scheme and discuss how it can be used to get maximum benefit. The session will highlight the key features of the scheme and the role of the reviewer.
