This workshop will look at how to create an impact with the written word, providing guidance on how to communicate effectively and professionally through written correspondence. Communicating information, ideas and knowledge effectively is the key to the success of any organisation. These days e-mail, letters and report are the basis for many formal decisions. The skills of planning, structuring, editing and thinking about your audience are essential when communicating in writing.
