The workshop will help supervisors to understand and identify the needs of doctoral students so that they can help them realise their potential. The target audience is lecturers and research staff relatively new to supervision.

- Strategies for thesis writing
- Giving effective feedback (written and verbal)
- The upgrade and periodic formal reviews
