Gift Acceptance Policy

Philanthropic gifts from individuals, trusts and foundations and corporate donors play a vital and vibrant role in university life and such support enables universities to do more – to provide more scholarships, to fund more research and to enhance university facilities for students, staff and the public.

SOAS seeks and accepts philanthropic gifts in accordance with the CASE (Council for Advancement and Support of Education) guidelines, CASE Europe: Ethical Principles Behind the Acceptance of Gifts and has in place a due diligence procedure for gift acceptance.
