ACADEMIC PROMOTION & REWARDS 
(for Lecturer, Senior Lecturer & Reader)

For information please note that documentation regarding the Academic Promotions round 2012/13 and Accelerated, additional increments, contribution or One-off non-consolidated payments for academic staff (Lecturer, Senior Lecturer & Reader) has been posted to the SOAS website at http://www.soas.ac.uk/hr/procedures/reward/acaprom/ .  Further information regarding these processes and the documentation detailed below is also available electronically at this link.

  • Rewards - Forms for completion for the award of an Accelerated, additional increment, contribution increment or One-off non-consolidated payment:
    • Form ARF1 Academic Rewards Application Form
    • Form ARF2 Academic Rewards Head of Department Recommendation Form
    • Form ARF3 Academic Team Rewards Application Form
    • Form ARF4 Academic Team Rewards Head of Department Recommendation form

Please note that you must submit completed applications electronically to your Departmental Head or appropriate line manager by 5.00 p.m. Friday, 26th October 2012.

Heads of Department have until 5.00 p.m. Friday, 2nd November 2012 to submit completed applications electronically to their Faculty Administrator.
