HESA Teaching Qualifications

As part of the HESA (Higher Education Statistical Agency) annual return, from Autumn 2013 the School is required to report whether its teaching staff hold higher education or other teaching qualifications, or have been recognised in other ways for their teaching expertise.
This information will enable the School to fulfil its statutory obligation to provide amalgamated/anonymised information to HESA on the teaching qualifications of academic and teaching staff.
Please let Simon Gwynne, (HR HESA Coordinator) know which of the following apply to you:

01Successfully completed an institutional provision in teaching in the higher education sector accredited against the UK Professional Standards Framework
02Recognised by the HEA (Higher Education Academy) as an Associate Fellow
03Recognised by the HEA (Higher Education Academy) as a Fellow
04Recognised by the HEA (Higher Education Academy) as a Senior Fellow
05Recognised by the HEA (Higher Education Academy) as a Principal Fellow
06Holder of a National Teaching Fellowship Scheme Individual Award
07Holder of a PGCE in higher education, secondary education, further education, life-long learning or any other equivalent UK qualification
08Accredited as a teacher of their subject by a professional UK body
09Other UK accreditation or qualification in teaching in the higher education sector
10Overseas accreditation or qualification for any level of teaching
11No qualification
