Please could you provide, for each of the academic years 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12:
1.) The number of incidents of academic misconduct by students
2.) The nature of the incidents (eg. plagiarism / exam cheating?)
3.) The action taken (eg. number expelled/suspended/fined/reprimanded/disqualified from exam, module or course?)

2010-11: 47
2011-12: 45
2.) Plagiarism in coursework or dissertation.
3.) All students were awarded a mark of 0 for the piece of work.
