Part A - Fit to Sit Policy

1) Does your university have an approved ‘Fit to Sit’ Policy?
(A ‘Fit to Sit’ Policy is one that determines that if students submit a piece of coursework or sit an exam and/or in-class test they have deemed themselves fit to do so, whether or not they sign a declaration to this effect and if they are not fit to sit mitigating circumstances claims have to be submitted.)

Part B - Fitness to Study

1) Does your university have an approved ‘Fitness to Study’ Policy?
(A ‘Fitness to Study’ Policy is one that sets out the response where the university is obliged to take action because students’ conduct or behaviour presents a risk to themselves or to others or results in unreasonable demands being placed on staff, students or others.)

Part C - Fitness to Practise Policy

1) Does your university have an approved ‘Fitness to Practise’ Policy?
(A ‘Fitness to Practise’ Policy is one that sets out the university approach for those programmes that require students to undertake external placements and/or work based practise, and may also require the University to make a judgment upon a student's fitness to practise a certain range of skills and professional behaviour as opposed to making academic judgment.)
