Also please provide me with the number of CCTV cameras, video recorders and access-control panels within your organisation, broken down by brand and model number.

Response

1) Regarding current contracts for Access Control and CCTV systems, for each contract

i. All of our systems are contracted from West London Security.
ii. We pay £11,040 (inc VAT) for annual maintenance and approximately £4.50 per card.
iii. The current arrangement commenced in 2002 and rolls on annually.
iv. The maintenance contract is renewed every August (July 31st).
v. All of our hardware is sourced from Honeywell.
vi. We use barcode, mag-stripe and proximity cards.
vii. We have approximately 13,000 live cards in circulation.
viii. Including replacement cards, contract extensions, new staff and students we issued almost 6,000 cards in 2012.
ix. The maintenance contract is renewed every August (July 31st).

The School has 50 CCTV cameras (26 IP Honeywell cameras and 24 analogue cameras) and 8 Honeywell DVRS. We use the Win-Pak system supplied by HoneyWell. We have 30 Access Control Panels.
