IT Support
LIS provides desktop IT, printing, photocopying, training, multi-media services (including support for classrooms and the language laboratories) and a central Service Desk. Support for these services is provided by a number of different sections of LIS. The IT Support pages are designed to provide as much information as possible to enable you to configure your devices and use our services.

Using Personal Equipment at SOAS
As a member, you may connect your own equipment to access some of the resources SOAS has to offer, such as Internet access and the printing facilities. Please consult our Using Personal Equipment at SOAS page for instructions on how to use our facilities.
Non-members
non-members and visitors may only access the Internet using
- eduroam.org (wired and wireless) - contact your own academic institution's IT department for support
- btopenzone.com (wireless only)
Accessing your Network Files
When not using a SOAS maintained workstation with Novell installed, you can still access your files through our Netstorage system at gem2.soas.ac.uk/NetStorage.
