Business Korean is an introductory course for students with Intermediate level knowledge of Korean language, who plan to visit South Korea for business purposes, to work and live there or have business with Korea. Students will learn both written and spoken modern standard Korean language that is related to working with Korean people. By the end of the course, students will be able to communicate in Korean in a wide range of work-related situations. The course will help you to develop the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in a balanced way. Topics covered during the course include understanding the organization of Korean companies, how to address each other at work, how to write a work email, how to make an appointment and leave a message over the phone, how to make a presentation, how to apply for a job and understanding post-work get-together culture.
For example, to find out how to address Korean people in business:
A: 그래요?
