Moving Image Gateway (from the BUFVC)
The BUFVC (British Universities Film & Video Council) exists to support and promote the use of moving images in UK higher and further education. Film Studies and Media Studies under Arts & Humanities section suggest various internet sites.
National Film Preservation Board
The Library of Congress Packard Campus for Audio Visual Conservation collected Public Moving Image Archives and Research Centres in the world.
