Reference Membership
- You can apply immediately on arrival at the Library during staffed hours
- Photo ID must be shown - passport, driving licence, institutional ID (student/staff card), Freedom Passes or national ID card (where applicable).
- Fees are charged for reference membership: Annual ticket £100; 6 month ticket £70; 1 month ticket £30
Borrowing Membership
- You can apply immediately on arrival at the Library during staffed hours
- Proof of ID must be shown - passport, driving licence, institutional ID (student/staff card), Freedom Passes or national ID card (where applicable).
- Proof of address must be shown- bank statement, utility bill, drivers licence.
- You can borrow a total of 6 books for 1 month
- Fees are charged for borrowing membership: Annual ticket £150; 6 month ticket £100
If you wish to apply, please complete a membership form and return it to the Library.
To obtain a membership form you can:
- Pick one up from the Membership Desk in the Library
- Request one by email
- Download as a PDF file use link on the right (you will need a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat to view).
