Peter Mollinga, Professor of Development Studies at SOAS, University of London is kick-starting the new lecture series on ‘Interdisciplinarity and International Development’ at the London International Development Centre (LIDC).

The LIDC is a consortium of the Bloomsbury Colleges of the University of London and facilitates interdisciplinary research and training programmes to address complex international development challenges.

Professor Mollinga will ask what is interdisciplinarity, what can an interdisciplinary approach add to your research.

The lecture will take place on 15 January 2014 at 6pm at the John Snow Lecture Theatre, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, Keppel Street.

The event is open to everyone, however is particularly aimed at Master's and PhD students, and junior researchers. Register is required.
