London Phonology Seminar
The London Phonology Seminar is held jointly by phonologists from SOAS and UCL and gives local and visiting researchers a friendly venue for presenting their work, trying out new ideas or test-running upcoming conference talks. From features and elements to tonal melodies or phonology-grammar interfaces all areas and frameworks of phonology are welcome.
In addition to the talks, the Phonology Seminar offers a Phonology Clinic. This clinic is visited by linguists who are not phonologists but have encountered a phonological problem in a language they are working on or at an interface with phonology that interests them and would like to get feedback and advice.
Meetings for the Phonology Seminar and the Phonology Clinic are announced on this webpage and via the Phonology Seminar mailing list.
If you would like to give a talk, visit the clinic, find out about meetings or add your name to the mailing list, please contact Connor Youngberg by e-mail: 267787@soas.ac.uk
