LIS Service Desk

The LIS Service Desk is the first point of contact for a wide range of LIS services. If you need:

  • IT Support or help with IT-related problems
  • help with a SOAS telephone
  • help with multi-media or printing services
  • Classroom support
  • help with your login ID or your e-mail account
  • a request to purchase some IT equipment
  • help with our corporate information systems
  • help with obtaining a network connection

You can contact us via telephone, e-mail or come to the IT Help Desk in the Library between 0900 and 1700 Monday-Friday.
