Mania Akbari's sequel to Abbas Kiarostami's 2002 arthouse hit Ten. As in the first installment, Akbari spends her screen time as an unnamed character, driving a car and conducting long conversations with passengers - including her son, her sister and others. Yet here, she's suffering from a terminal cancer that is slowly worming its way through her body.

Sara Khoshjamal-Fekri is the first female athlete from Iran to ever qualify for the Olympic Games. Her discipline is Taekwondo. KICK IN IRAN shows her arduous journey to Beijing 2008, a persistent struggle for self-determination and recognition in a society based on strict religious laws.
