Twenty-two years after unification, and in the context of recent conflicts and uprisings, Yemen finds itself at yet another historical juncture. The political transition and the forthcoming national dialogue offer a rare opportunity for the country and its people to address the multitude of social, economic, environmental, and regional problems they face.
