  • This interactive workshop is designed to assist Masters students with planning their dissertation project and managing their workload throughout the process. The session will also provide students with a range of practical techniques for managing their time and meeting deadlines. Participants will be given an opportunity to raise issues related to dissertation workloads and to receive feedback from peers and from the trainer.

  • This workshop is aimed at Masters students and provides an overview of key principles involved in keeping motivated during the dissertation. It covers topics such as goal setting, attention management, task management and looking after yourself. Students will be given an opportunity to discuss motivational barriers they are experiencing and will be provided with a range of strategies for staying motivated during the ups and downs of the dissertation process.
