SOAS Professor keynote speaker at China law forum

Professor Michael Palmer gave a keynote analysis on how states handle conflict resolution on a visit to China on 17 July.
Palmer, SOAS School of Law professor, led a British delegation which included Ms Joan Borley from Britain's Ministry of Justice.
His keynote address was: "The State of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Alternative Dispute Resolution and the State".
The forum, "the Sino-British Judicial Seminar on Alternative Dispute Resolution", was organised by the Great Britain-China Centre (GBCC) and China's Supreme People's Court and was held at the Higher People's Court in Fuzhou, capital of the south-eastern costal province of Fujian.
