Professor Palmer attended seminars on ‘The English Criminal Trial’ and ‘Legal Professionals’ and was a guest of honour at a reception to celebrate English and Chinese legal professionals working together over the past two decades through the Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme and the Judicial Training Scheme. Professor Palmer played a key role in the development of both. Both events took place at Fudan University, Shanghai.
