SOAS Welcomes New and Returning Students

Monday marks the beginning of Welcome Week at SOAS, during which thousands of new and returning students arrive at the School to settle in for the new academic year.
Welcome Week this year runs until Friday 30 September.
The week features a variety of academic and social events, including Faculty and departmental welcome meetings, study skills talks, language taster sessions, walking tours of the campus and local area and many events organised by the Students' Union.
Students also formally enrol at the School and collect their student ID card during the week, after completing online enrolment and course sign-up.

Special events are planned for international undergraduate and international postgraduate students as well.
