SOAS launches new LLM in Law and Gender

October 2012 sees the launch of the SOAS LLM in Law and Gender, an interdisciplinary postgraduate law programme that connects the work of the SOAS Centre for Gender Studies with the work of legal scholars working on women's rights, gender, sexuality and the law. Students will be given the opportunity to study both gender and feminist theory alongside institutional and legal developments on women's rights. The SOAS Centre for Gender Studies also hosts a vibrant research seminar series, attracts international renowned visiting scholars and has developed a global reputation for research and teaching on gender.
