CeDEP Professor in Malawi to provide consultation as part of Malawi's Input Subsidy Project

CeDEP Professor of Development Studies, Andrew Dorward, will be in Malawi from 7th to 12th of July as part of on-going work on the evaluation of Malawi's national Farm Input Subsidy Programme. Together with colleagues in Malawi, Professor Dorward will be consulting stakeholders and presenting preliminary findings from analysis of 2012 implementation records, of surveys of input suppliers and recipient and non-recipient farmers, of maize price changes over the last year, and of new simulation, trial and survey data on maize yields.
