Famed chef and cookbook writer Yotam Ottolenghi will speak as part of the SOAS Food Studies Centre Distinguished Lecture Series, inaugurating a productive new partnership between the SOAS Food Studies Centre and the interdisciplinary food journal Gastronomica.

SOAS to host workshop in Bangkok on preserving indigenous languages

SOAS, University of London will host a workshop entitled ‘Documenting and preserving indigenous languages: principles, practices and tools’ in Bangkok, Thailand from 8-14 February 2015. The workshop has been organised in collaboration with Mahidol University, based in Bangkok, and is being funded by the British Council.
