Key Performance Indicators
The Planning department report to Governing Body on nine KPIs:
- League table positions
- Overall score in the National Student Survey
- Undergraduate degree students who study a language
- Student numbers profile (level of study and level of fees paid)
- Performance of the estate
- Postgraduate research student FTE per research active academic staff FTE
- Income per Academic Staff FTE
- Research income per research/teaching & research academic staff FTE
- Surplus/deficit as percentage of income
The KPIs are presented to each meeting of Governing Body, with any updates highlighted.
