Please find below the various forms and documents Visiting Examiners may need:
Visiting Examiner Nomination Form
This form needs to be completed only once, as part of the initial nomination.
Parts A to E to be completed by the Visiting Examiner.
Part F to be completed by the Chair of the nominating Sub-Board.
Once all the above sections have been completed, please forward to the Examination Office, Registry.

Visiting Examiner report
A separate form should be completed for each Sub-Board of Examiners for which a Visiting Examiner acted and emailed to the Examinations and Assessments Office (firstname.lastname@example.org) within fourteen days of the final examiners' meeting.
Please note that no fee payment will be processed until the Visiting Examiner's report has been received.

Before we can process your payment, we need to receive the following form duly completed and signed together with proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.

Right to Work
Expenses Claim Form
For each occasion when a Visiting Examiner is required to travel from his/ her usual place of residence to attend practical or oral examinations or examiners' meetings, or to perform other duties necessitated by examination work, expenses may be claimed using this form. Expense claims should be made within 3 months of the expenses being incurred.
