Scandinavian Government Loans and Funding
SOAS has a number of students each year who are in receipt of government funding from Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
We appreciate that it is not always possible for the governments concerned to pay the money to you in one instalment which would allow you to pay your fees at the start of the academic year.
SOAS therefore has a concession whereby you can pay your fees in two equal instalments subject to the following:
- Proof of your government loan or funding which is sufficient to cover the cost of your tuition fees.
- Approval of your instalment payment arrangement by the Student Loans Officer in the Fees Team.
The first 50% instalment is required at or before enrolment and the second 50% instalment will be due by 31st January. This concession does not attract an additional surcharge.
Failure to pay the second instalment may result in the cancellation of your SOAS enrolment without further notice.
