The Department of the Study of Religions at SOAS invites RE Teachers to our annual CPE event, entitled 'World Religions for Secondary School RE Teachers'.
Taking place at our Russell Square campus, this special annual one-day event offers lectures and interactive discussions with our academic staff, an update on latest research, teaching materials and debates on world religions and the philosophy of religion taught at the Department, and the opportunity to network with fellow alumni and other RE teachers. Lack of information on religions other than Western Christianity has been identified as one of the main problems in RE in the UK to date.
