Interests / Disciplines

I am responsible for the overall direction of student recruitment within the School with specific responsibility for north and east China, the Middle East, Korea and Pakistan . I took up my post here May 2007 after periods at the British Council and Royal Holloway. I have worked overseas in Brazil, Pakistan, Austria and Romania and hope to use this experience to raise the international profile of the School and to increase the number of good quality students both in the UK and overseas choosing SOAS for their further studies. I have Masters Degrees in Classics and Linguistics.
