“David McIlroy is a barrister and Head of Chambers at Forum Chambers, a boutique set of commercial barristers specialising in banking and finance, insolvency, property, and professional negligence. He has acted as a short term expert for the EU on the laws in Albania governing banking and money laundering, has advised a number of banks on UK financial services regulation, and has acted in hundreds of cases of mis-selling of derivatives and financial investments. His current research interests are in the rule of law, the culture in banks, and religious insights into financial ethics.”
