Dr Trevor Robinson

Dr Trevor Robinson founded IBIS Consultants Limited as an independent practice to do 'leading edge' work on institution building, and in particular on public service development reform with the objective of working with senior officials and politicians to make worthwhile improvements in delivery of services and formulation of policy. Dr Robinson has worked on public service wide change initiatives in over 30 countries and for individual ministries and parastatals in many others. He is a member of the British Civil Service College's International Advisory Panel and of the International Committee and the Overseas Consulting Group of the Institute of Management Consultants.
